Did I miss a great deal for Nivea Lip Care B1G1 Free (0.17oz or 0.35 fl oz) ?

I have been keeping a lookout at drugstores and Target, to use this high value coupon but can't seem to find a great deal for it.  Anyone knows if I'd missed it or any upcoming deal I can score on?
